Loving: Living from the Love that Lives in You
In this Equip episode, we explore how love moves from something you know about to something you actually live from ā not through effort or performance, but through the indwelling life of Christ.
Before you ever learned what love required, Godās love was poured into your heart through the Holy Spirit (Romans 5:5). You were formed by Love, held by Love, and now Love Himself lives within you.
Together, weāll gently explore:
how the love you grew up with shaped what feels safe
how Jesus meets the places where love once felt conditional, confusing, or painful
how to offer yourself the same compassion God offers you
how loving God, yourself, and others becomes overflow instead of obligation
how Christās life becomes your source, not your striving
Youāll return to the rhythm weāve been practicing all season:
Notice what rises in your body as you talk about love. Name honestly what you feel ā fear, tenderness, longing, resistance. Nest that part of you in the safe, steady presence of Jesus, letting Love hold what you usually protect.
Notice Ā· Name Ā· NestThis is how love becomes embodied. This is where transformation begins. This is Christ in youā¦ life through you.
