I searched google like crazy to figure out cycle and hormonal health, just to be left feeling more confused. God finally revealed to us what we were missing in this heartbreaking journey: understanding my cycle and supporting it naturally. Since our losses and healing journey, I have not only had two more full term pregnancies, I have also become professionally equipped to serve you- as a certified Fertility Awareness Educator and Hormone Coach, not to mention being a Birth Doula and Childbirth Educator to support you for when God gives that sweet gift of life! I’m praising God for showing me the answers and lifestyle for how to get pregnant and carry that baby to a full term delivery. […] And that's the main event. That is the egg releasing and that is ovulation. And it's so cool. So after the egg releases, it starts traveling down into the fallopian tube. That's for other fem slides. But what happens with the follicle after the egg has left is it actually doesn't just go away and do nothing. It has a really important job. So the luteinizing hormone also does this job after it has luteinize that follicle so that it ruptures it keeps luteinizing it so that it then transforms into um sometimes they'll call it a cyst but it's just still a follicle um it's called the corpus luteum and the corpus luteum is what produces progesterone and so progesterone is this beautiful hormone that comes about in your luteal phase and this hormone is what it sounds like it's for.
