SE 3 E11 The Years Didn't Pass. You Just Missed Them.
One day you'll look up and realise the years didn't pass.
They slipped away while you were busy. The kids grew up, your parents got older, and you were there for all of it, just never really present. Between 30 and 50, most men don't lose their lives to disaster. They lose them to autopilot, one urgent task at a time.
In this episode, I open up about the decade I lost believing life would start "after this stage," and how to recognise autopilot in a responsible, hardworking life.
I leave you with one question: are you living your life, or just reacting to it? Because being present won't make your life longer, but it will make it deeper.
