Ford News aims to cover the current state of American politics, supported by facts and the truth while calling out those that aim to subvert American democracy. Weekly episodes of Ford News will bring you the latest scuttlebutt on the biggest news in the world of U.S. politics with some personal flair and humor mixed in.
Season - 2 Episode - 12 - Trump and Billionaires Cash in on America While U.S. Citizens Struggle
On this episode of Ford News, Johnathan and Brian start by discussing the ethical and legal issues surrounding Donald Trump's acceptance of a $400 million 747 from Qatar.
It doesn't matter how many word salads you try to use to avoid the outright violations of the Emoluments Clause; we know what is happening. It's always a grift!
Segment two brings us to the "pause" of tariffs on China. It's not a pause, and it shows Trump blinked. This administration's entire economic policy has been a mess.
Finally, the Ford Fact Check focuses on the trade deficit. Donald Trump doesn't seem to understand the concept.

Season 2 - Episode 11- Trump Deportations Without Due Process Continue, Polling In The Tank
On this episode of Ford News, Johnathan and Brian start the episode by discussing the recent events as the Trump Administration has sent multiple kids, who are American Citizens, including a four-year-old with Stage 4 cancer, to other countries as their mothers were being deported. They, like so many others, received no due process. It's appalling.
In the second segment, we do the "Ford Fact Check." This week, Johnathan takes a deep dive into the recent polling numbers for Donald Trump. They aren't just bad, they are historically bad.

Season 2 - Episode 10 - Hegseth, Mace, and Noem Continue Incompetence as Supreme Court Makes Rulings
On this Episode of Ford News, Johnathan is BACK! After suffering a horrific car accident, Johnathan is on the mend and ready to fight MAGA once again.
We start by discussing the absolute disaster that Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth has been. He's leaked operational details in Signal chats, all while saying repeatedly that he can't stand leakers. LOOK IN THE MIRROR!
Then it's on to another cabinet member, Kristi Noem, the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security. She took her family to dinner, and had her purse stolen, with cash, her passport, and her DHS ID Badge inside! This was while her Secret Service detail was "protecting" her.
Congresswoman Nancy Mace got feisty with a constituent who simply wanted to know when her next town hall would be.
Then, in the "Ford Fact Check," Johnathan talks about the Supreme Court Ruling that requires the government to bring back Kilmar Abrego Garcia from El Salvador. Somehow, MAGA thought this was a win. They didn't seem to read the court's opinion.
