In “Movement as Stewardship,” Tracie shares her personal journey from weighing 300 pounds when she delivered her daughter to completing a roughly 34-mile trail ultramarathon. That journey grew through small, consistent choices: short workouts during nap time, walks with a stroller, early mornings, rest days, and the decision to keep showing up. Whether you’re training for your first 5K, walking to the mailbox, or starting over for the fifteenth time, there’s a place for you here. Together, we explore the difference between discipline and punishment, why movement doesn’t have to come from shame, and how caring for our bodies can become an expression of gratitude and worship. God’s love isn’t waiting on a number on the scale, a clothing size, or a faster mile. We can care for ourselves from a place of already being loved.
