Having Difficult Conversations
There are certain conversations that many people dread: the ones in which we have to deliver bad news, discuss a sensitive subject, or talk about a relational dynamic gone wrong.
The mere thought of having these difficult conversations fills some people with anxiety while for others its seen as an effective time for clarity and growth. We get it, Sometimes difficult conversations are tough to have because nobody wants to play the bad guy, and or have the situation to blow up in their face. As much as it’s tempting, you don’t want to just avoid the whole mess, either.

There are two approaches that we can bring to our marriage and relationships. We can either let it "flow" or we can "force fit". One can lead to progress and the other to problems. This dynamic leaves many people wrestling with questions like. Are we equally yoked? Am I wasting my time? How much "work" is too much in a dating relationship? If I'm married, am I trying to force my spouse to be something they will never be? Should I stay or walk away? Am I overthinking things?
