Da hat mich Florian mit einer ganz besonderen Spezialfolge überrascht! Vielen Dank für diese mehr als gelungene Überraschung an Dich, Florian, und alle, die daran beteiligt waren! In dieser Sonderfolge stellt Florian ein besonderes Buch vor und berichtet gleichzeitig vom 6. Meet & Street, das am 11.07.2026 im sonnigen Freiburg stattfand. Florian hatte beim Festival das Buch „Street Photography – A History in 100 Iconic Images” von David Gibson dabei und spricht mit einigen Teilnehmern über ihr Lieblingsbild aus dem Buch sowie über ihre Eindrücke vom diesjährigen Streetfestival.

In dieser Folge nehmen wir Euch mit auf zwei fotografische Reisen: Florian stellt "The Wonderful World of Albert Kahn" vor - ein Werk über den visionären Bankier und Fotografie-Mäzen, der zu Beginn des 20 Jahrhunderts die Welt in Farbe festhalten ließ. Thomas hat den Bildband " Madagascar" von David Dollmann dabei - eine intensive Begegnung mit dem ostafrikanischen Inselstaat zwischen Surfing Kids, Trinkwasserprojekten und lebendiger Straßenfotografie.
