[…] So she didn't feel she could say anything. She actually said, didn't she, in court, you know, she had a mortgage to pay. So she was clearly worried about her position. Absolutely. Had she spoken out. She said she was scared. She said it would be a he said, she said situation. So that's the reason why at the time she didn't speak out. But later on in 2023, she did. She's pulled up on this, isn't she, by Ian Winter Casey, Russell Brand's barrister, who basically asked why she decided to come forward once this documentary had aired. For people that haven't seen it, it's obviously the 2023 Channel 4 Dispatches documentary, which contains allegations about Russell Brand. […]
