Dr. Romeo B Garrett
<p>Historian, Author and Bradley University Professor, Dr. Romeo B Garrett was a pioneer in African American Studies, a champion of the cause and friends with a who’s who in the African American Hall of Fame. He authored two books, 'Famous First Facts about Negroes' and 'The President and the Negro,’ an in depth look at every president and their relationship to Black Americans.
