Fra drue til glas - Malolaktisk Behandling
<p>I denne episode af Fra Drue til Glas ser vi nærmere på malolaktisk behandling – en proces, der har stor betydning for, hvordan vin smager.</p><br><p>Hvorfor føles nogle vine skarpe og syrlige, mens andre er bløde og runde? En del af svaret ligger i omdannelsen af æblesyre til mælkesyre, som vi gennemgår i episoden.
