Tien podcastafleveringen.</p><p>CAVA?! vzw werkt preventief rond het thema mentale gezondheid. Er wordt ingezet op het bespreekbaar maken, en zo bijdragen aan het doorbreken van het taboe. Binnen onze werking belichten we de kant van zowel de hulpvrager als van de omgeving. We zetten in op het creëren van een veilige ruimte en het vinden van gepaste ondersteuning. Dit zowel vanuit de naaste omgeving als professionele hulp. </p>
