Die Meinungen gehen diesmal auseinander: Sabrina schwärmt von der kitschbefreiten Sentimentalität, mit der „Past Lives“ sie zu Tränen gerührt hat, Georg findet den Film eher meh, hat ihn aber ganz vielleicht auch nicht unter optimalen Bedingungen geschaut. Am Ende bleibt vor allem eine wichtige Erkenntnis: Teo Yoo, in 'Past Lives' DER KOREANISCHSTE KOREANER ALLER KOREANER, ist eigentlich eine Kölsche Frohnatur?! Bester Plot-Twist seit Langem.
