Taking responsibility in friendship with special guest, Ruby Johnson

Guest insights: The show welcomes expert breathwork facilitator and trainer, Ruby Johnson. Ruby is the founder of the College of Wholistic Education and creator of the field of Wholistic Psychonomy, a transformational modality that empowers people to take control of their lives and become their own healer. She operates primarily in Adelaide and the Gold Coast, Australia. We speak about taking responsibility for ourselves in friendship and beyond, courageous conversations and how victimhood is not possible when there is trust. Ruby is nothing if not a straight shooter and I so appreciate her honesty. Spirituality of Friendship with special guest, Suzanne Pfitzner - Counsellor, Psychotherapist & Astrologer

Guest insights and share: The show welcomes Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Consulting Astrologer, Suzanne Pfitzner. We discuss all manner of things thanks to Suzanne’s breadth of knowledge and experience: the way our astrological charts can influence how we show up in friendship; the spiritual text, A Course in Miracles, and how applying its principles provides a new and ultimately freeing way of looking at our friendships; and also using Byron Katie’s Judge Your Neighbour Worksheet to see how what we’re thinking and believing is the cause of our suffering. Suzanne also shares her story of a recent friending and how she has been making sense of it since. I so enjoyed this conversation and I hope you do, too.

References:

The Work of Byron Katie

No Bad Parts by Richard E Schwartz (I recommend the audiobook)

A Course in Miracles

Show art by NZ artist John Lancashire a.k.a. monday.painter

Get in touch via Instagram @friendings.show

Hosted on Acast.
