For God so Loved...
It's imperfect people who judge, hate, and discriminate. Too often, people mistake these flawed human actions as a reflection of the Almighty. This is a profound error. God is love, and He explicitly commands His true followers to walk in compassion for all humanity. This mandate is beautifully captured in the Golden Rule: to treat others exactly as we desire to be treated ourselves.
Anyone who mistreats or marginalizes their fellow human beings fails to walk in a truly Christlike manner. Indeed, the entirety of the New Testament law is perfectly summed up in a single directive: to love one another as God has loved us. We must never allow the broken ways of humanity to obscure the unmatched, perfect love of God.
