Monogamy: Rewriting the Narrative
In this episode, explore how monogamy often carries hidden expectations, unspoken rules, and cultural baggage — especially for women taught to play “good girl.” She challenges listeners to examine how their beliefs about commitment and exclusivity may be shaped by outside voices (family, religion, media, social norms) rather than their own desires and values.
