In this podcast you will find that fantasizing about the impossible is totally reasonable, striving for satisfaction is a must, and at the end of the day love and solid relationships are all that matter.
Suzanne Jabour: “I've experienced so much loss in my life and the loss of people who were and still are very close to me. Both of my parents are deceased, my son died via suicide, and my brother just died of a massive heart attack. Their stamps will always be on my heart.
What I have come to know is that all of us leave a stamp on people's hearts. Whether we're doing it intentionally or not. Whether we're doing it from love or not. We are leaving that stamp and that's what really matters. It could be something positive or something negative, it will be there. And that stamp will never go away.
Understanding that really helps me to be more intentional when I interact with people. I get to be really conscious about whether I'm operating from fear or love. It's a choice I get to make over and over and over again in my day. We're all imperfect. That's the human condition.
How do you want people to feel? That’s the stamp you can consciously leave on their hearts.”

#3 Our Essence with Suzanne Jabour
Suzanne Jabour: “The world today is in the worst version of tribalism. We are collectively being distracted by all of the surface differences. All of the tiny differences and all of the big differences. However you perceive those differences. Some of us see them as inconsequential and some of us see them as really important and critical, but they're really not. The truth is that at our essence, core, soul, spirit whatever you want to call it, we are the same.
We just want the best for ourselves and our families. We want to be accepted. We want to be understood. We want to feel safe. Our basic human needs are universal. And that essence is what connects us on the soul level. We are souls in various packages.
We talk about the humane treatment of animals and yet we've lost track of the humane treatment of each other. It's hard to watch. It's hard to be a part of that. And it's also hard to know what to do.
How do we spread love in this time of conflict, pain, sorrow, and fear?
Understanding that our essence is LOVE helps us to feel safe. It's what makes all of the external things feel less scary, harmful or divisive. If our focus is on how my essence can connect with your essence then we know that we are worthy, we are love, and we are having a human experience.”

#2 FEAR with Suzanne Jabour
Suzanne Jabour: “When I think about fear, I think about all the ways we react when we don't understand something or when we don't know how to respond if we feel uncomfortable, threatened or unsure. There are so many times when we can go to fear. We're definitely programmed for fear. We often get stuck in a fear loop unnecessarily. The fear feels real when it isn't.
When we see each other as a threat, when we are operating from that place, we're vulnerable. People can easily take advantage of that fear. For example, commercials encourage us to be fearful. Manipulators love to fan the flames of fear and trap people in a fear cycle, as we are so blatantly seeing on the world stage today.
If we're feeling a little bit of uncertainty, those flames can be fanned into fear and that's what divides us. That's called Collective Psychosis. If I'm scared of you, I can't feel connected to you in a way that is helpful.
If I'm being told that you're a threat to me, then you're the Saber Tooth Tiger at the entrance of my cave. The reality is that I don’t live in a cave and you’re not a Saber Tooth Tiger. There's no threat here.
We are all connected. Always have been, always will be.”
