<p>This week the boys are joined by Jess Lawson Hughes</p><p><br></p><p>Jess is the founder of the Rad Runners Club, initially set up for ladies who weren&#39;t confident running alone after dark and now has blossomed into a fantastic running community.</p><p><br></p><p>They meet up on Tuesday evenings at Bar Beer Riff in SA1 Swansea and stomp the tarmac and sink a few bevvies afterwards.</p><p><br></p><p>She has also run several ultra&#39; marathons and done some wild shit, just how we like it!</p><p>This was a great episode with plenty of laughs as usual.</p>
