From escaping a religious cult, people pleasing and performing, self-limiting beliefs and past experiences, toxic work environments and friendships, spirituality, mental health, women’s health and wellness—I share my fullest expression. Restarting your life at 30 is messy and magical at the same time. The magic is the message, and I believe we all have a message to bring healing to ourselves and those around us.
