Building Success Beyond College Football | The Jamir Nunley Interview

In this episode of FTLC Podcast, our host Marcelo Leone sits down with former Ohio Northern University running back Jamir Nunley for a conversation about the journey beyond college football and what it truly means to keep chasing success when the game is over. Over the course of his collegiate career, Jamir appeared in 26 games, totaling 480 rushing yards and 4 touchdowns, while making an impact on both offense and special teams. From earning opportunities early in his career to breaking off a memorable 70-yard touchdown run against Wilmington during his senior season, his story is one built on resilience, discipline, and making the most of every opportunity. In this conversation, Jamir reflects on his football journey, from his days at Mayfield High School, to navigating the recruiting process, to competing at the Division III level with Ohio Northern. He shares the lessons football taught him, the challenges of transitioning into the working world, and how the habits he developed as an athlete continue to shape the person he is today. Beyond football, Jamir also discusses the importance of giving back and serving his community through his church, explaining how faith, service, and investing in others have become central to his purpose. He shares why success isn't measured solely by achievements on the field, but by the impact you leave on the people around you. Whether you're a current athlete, former competitor, or someone navigating life's next chapter, this episode is a reminder that your identity isn't defined by a scoreboard and that the pursuit of greatness continues long after the final whistle. A conversation about discipline, faith, leadership, service, and building success beyond college football.
