Im April 2016 beschloss der Bundestag das Gesetz zur Bekämpfung von Korruption im Gesundheitswesen und schloss damit eine vom Bundesgerichtshof festgestellte Strafbarkeitslücke. Doch wie kam es zu diesem Gesetz? Welche Rolle spielten die Debatten um ärztliches Berufsrecht, Sozialgesetzbuch und Strafgesetzbuch? Wechsel an der Spitze des FSA-Vorstands
<p>An der Spitze des FSA-Vorstands gibt es ein neuesGesicht: Mit Dr. Manuel Steinhilber (Novo Nordisk) übernimmt der bisherige Stellvertretende Vorsitzende den Staffelstab von Dr. Hannes Oswald-Brügel (Roche). Dieser legt nach vier Jahren Amtszeit sein Amt nieder und nimmt neue Aufgaben in seinem Unternehmen wahr. In einer auditiven Übergabe werfen beide gemeinsam mit FSA-Geschäftsführer Dr. Uwe Broch einen Blick auf die Aktivitäten der vergangenen Jahre, den Status Quo sowie aktuelle Themen und Herausforderungen.</p>
