「「くだもの王国ふくしま」をＰＲ 福島駅でイベント開催 パスポートを模した冊子も」 県外の人にも県産果物の魅力を知ってもらおうと福島駅でPRイベントが行われています。 これは大型観光事業・ふくしまデスティネーションキャンペーンの一環として、JR福島駅で新幹線の利用客に県産果物の魅力を知ってもらおうと企画されました。 イベントは「くだもの王国ふくしま」をテーマにし、ウェルカムフルーツとしていまが旬のサクランボが振る舞われました。 ほかにも福島の果物を紹介するパスポートを模した冊子や、果物にまつわるクイズに正解した人には、桃のジュースが配られていました。 千葉から訪れた人は 「（記者・何をゲットしたんですか？）桃のジュース」 千葉から訪れた人は 「いま旬の果物を知れてよかったです」 東京から訪れた人は 「桃が食べたい。桃もナシも食べたい」 PRイベントは、6月21日も午前10時から午後4時まで行われます。

「福島市ではアジサイを楽しむ人も 福島県含む東北南部が梅雨入り 21日も雨に」 仙台管区気象台は6月20日、福島県を含む東北南部が梅雨入りしたとみられると発表しました。 去年より3日早く、平年より8日遅い梅雨入りとなった県内。 20日は、湿った空気や梅雨前線の影響で、ところどころで雨が降りました。 福島市の陽林寺には多くの人が訪れ、満開を前に一足早く、アジサイを楽しんでいました。アジサイは来月中旬まで楽しめるということです。 21日は、一日を通して雨が降りやすく特に朝にかけては激しい雨や雷雨となりそうで、土砂災害などに十分注意が必要です。22日も雨がふったりやんだりで梅雨空が続きそうです。
