FUCK... Where do we start is the raw, unfiltered podcast where nothing is off-limits. From life's biggest struggles to the messiest tea, we dive deep into trauma, mental health, and everything in between. No sugarcoating, no holding back just real, honest conversations about the things we all think but rarely say.
Buckle up, Because this ride is about to get real.
Okay, this one is just fucking FUN. 😂
In “We Ain’t Shit Varsity,” I sit down with Dallas while he’s back in Salt Lake City for a stop on his first headlining tour.
Dallas is originally from Utah but now lives in Nashville, and he’s been doing music for a long fucking time. We talk about what pushed him to finally make the move, building his career, the people on his team who have been there through it, touring, life, and pretty much whatever the fuck else came into our heads.
And the timing of this episode was actually insane.
While he was on tour, one of his songs hit ONE MILLION streams. Getting to sit down with him during that moment—on his first headlining tour, back where everything started—was pretty fucking cool to be a tiny part of.
But don’t expect an hour-long serious conversation about the music industry. 😂
We laugh. We talk shit. We get completely sidetracked. We somehow start inventing our own fucking animals. And at some point, We Ain’t Shit Varsity became a thing… so obviously that had to be the episode title.
It’s chaotic, funny, random, and also a conversation with someone who’s spent years working toward this and is finally watching some really fucking cool shit happen.
Utah → Nashville → first headlining tour → ONE MILLION streams.
Not too fucking bad for We Ain’t Shit Varsity. 😂🎙️

🎙️ Rebecca — It Could Happen to Anyone
Addiction doesn’t have a type.
It doesn’t care what you look like, where you come from, whether you’re a parent, how much potential you have, or what you thought your life was going to look like.
It could happen to anyone.
In this episode of FUCK…Where Do We Start?, I sit down with Rebecca for an honest conversation about addiction, sobriety, motherhood, relationships, rehab, recovery, and what life can look like on the other side of some really fucking hard years.
Rebecca has been through a lot. Drug addiction. Treatment. Unhealthy relationships. Starting over. Learning how to live differently when the patterns you’ve known for so long aren’t the patterns you want anymore.
But her story isn’t only about where she’s been.
It’s also about where she is now.
She’s a mom. She’s sober. She’s in a genuinely good place in her life, and she’s using what she’s lived through to help other women recognize their own strength and feel empowered to create something different for themselves.
We talk about recovery beyond simply getting sober—the relationships you have to reevaluate, the identity you have to rebuild, learning to trust yourself again, and realizing that your past doesn’t automatically get to decide your future.
Because the person struggling with addiction isn’t some stereotype or cautionary tale.
She’s somebody’s daughter. Somebody’s friend. Somebody’s mom.
She’s a whole fucking person.
And it could happen to anyone.

🎙️ Dr. Jessica Fish — The Alchemy That Followed: Lessons from a Wild Life
Some lives follow a straight line.
And then there are the lives that take every unexpected turn imaginable—and somehow turn all of it into something meaningful.
In “The Alchemy That Followed: Lessons from a Wild Life,” I sit down virtually with Dr. Jessica Fish for a conversation about the experiences that shaped her, the lessons that came afterward, and what it means to take everything life has handed you and turn it into something new.
We talk about growth, identity, change, the chapters of our lives that don’t make sense while we’re living them, and how sometimes the most important transformation happens after the chaos.
Jessica also shares her perspective as a doctor, the work she’s doing now, and the new virtual cohort she’s creating—bringing together her experience, knowledge, and everything she’s learned along the way.
This conversation is about more than professional accomplishments or having your shit figured out.
It’s about becoming.
About looking back at the wild parts of your life and realizing they weren’t separate from who you became—they helped create her.
Because sometimes the magic isn’t in what happened to us.
It’s in what we do with what happened next.
The alchemy that followed.
