<p>En medio de una semana llena de polémicas entre Tucumán y Buenos Aires, uno de los sucesos fue que el chef Cristophe Krywonis dio una nota en el programa Crossover que sale por Vorterix, en la cual habla sobre el sánguche de milanesa tucumano diciendo que no nos podemos "vanagloriar" de él porque supuestamente no tiene ningún valor agregado.
