For over 34 years, Kenneth “Ike” Eisenhart has responded to crises and
all levels of emergency needs across many different platforms, both in
the military and as a civilian responder. Ike has served on several
All-Hazards Safety Preparedness groups, has been part of the Incident
Command System and an emergency planner. Ike continues to develop his All-Hazards Preparedness and Vulnerability Assessment company and spends his spare time as a first responder for his local Fire Department and working on his family’s small farm.

Ich krieg die Krise! (- Warum wir daran schuld sind und was wir dagegen tun können.)
KRISEN! - Es wird immer schlimmer und keiner weiss genau, wann es aufhören wird. All diese Schwierigkeiten, Probleme, Konflikte und Unsicherheiten, die uns das Leben im privaten und beruflichen Umfeld schwer machen. Und dann sollen wir auch noch selbst daran Schuld sein?
Ja, genau! Aber viel wichtiger ist, wie wir diese Situation und Lage im Führungs-/Alltag überstehen und meistern können.
Lass uns heute ein paar Punkte/Impulse anschauen, damit wir den einen oder anderen, nötigen Gedanken mit in die Zukunft nehmen können. Für eine einfachere Lösung anstehender Probleme.
