Unsere Beziehungen zueinander, auch in Unternehmen, sind wesentlich durch die Sprache bestimmt. Es geht nicht nur darum, durch das richtige Wort zu wirken. Es geht vielmehr darum, zuzuhören und nicht aneinander vorbei zu reden. Erst wenn Missverständnisse durch klare, eindeutige Kommunikation abgebaut werden, ist ein konfliktfreies und konstruktives Miteinander denkbar. Im Zusammenhang mit Führung bedeutet das Überzeugen, Klarmachen, Verständlichmachen statt Befehl oder Anordnung.
