<p>How can inner work complete our growth and how vital is this key factor of life for a human? In this episode I will share my knowledge about the importance and vitality of Inner work (mindfulness practice, checking inwards, meditation, etc.) for us people. Specially for the ones living in the city, it becomes even a necessity to create room & space for yourself to fully allow ourselves be. Coming back "home" to our roots & the nature we literally come from, can lift a huge load off of our shoulders. In the coming episodes I will upload meditations from which you can benefit as mindfulness practice & they can even be practiced daily. </p>
