Gokosoul (Gökhan Kılıç) is a music artist, producer, DJ, and sound designer known for his genre-blending approach and emotionally rich sonic textures.
His journey into music began in 2000, inspired by Prince’s Batman soundtrack. Fascinated by the mechanics and emotion behind sound, he explored choirs, guitar, and keyboards before fully committing to sound design and electronic music production.
In 2011, he gained recognition in the trance scene with Don’t Run Away, a collaboration with DJ Axel F. His 2019 release Karma from the Side Effects EP was featured on Spotify’s Night Rider playlist, further solidifying his presence in the global electronic music landscape. Between 2012 and 2017, his sound banks became widely used by producers worldwide, while his remixes introduced a distinctive and modern sonic identity.
Drawing inspiration from albums such as Tri-State by Above & Beyond, Far from the Maddening Crowds by Chicane, and Sign of the Times by Cosmic Gate, Gokosoul focuses on creating immersive, melodic, and timeless electronic music.
He is the founder of Beatcord and the host of Full Spectrum Radio, a monthly DJ mix series exploring the emotional and cinematic spectrum of electronic music.
