About Fully Expressed with Kyra
This a space where we will be having honest conversations about all the real, raw, messy and beautiful parts of the human experience. Let's normalize the conversations that matter most: relationships, money, business, healing, pleasure, grief, purpose, and everything in between. Think of this as your permission slip to feel deeply, take up space, embrace your humanity, and create a life that feels authentic, aligned, and fully your own. A reminder: the state of your nervous system determines your story, what story are you choosing to write or rewrite? Let's explore that together.

When Life Forces You to Change: Cancer and Coming Home to Yourself
Ep 15: When Life Forces You to Change: Cancer and Coming Home to Yourself What happens when you've spent years doing everything "right" for your health, only to receive a cancer diagnosis that changes everything? In this episode of Fully Expressed, I'm joined by Nina DeFrancisco, nervous system coach, entrepreneur, and thyroid cancer survivor, for a raw and deeply honest conversation about healing, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and what it really means to live in alignment with yourself. After years of prioritizing holistic wellness, Nina was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in 2024. What followed was a journey that challenged everything she thought she knew about health, control, surrender, and her relationship with herself. One of my favourite moments from this conversation was Nina's reminder: "Don't miss out on yourself." Because we spend so much time worrying about missing out on experiences, opportunities, and other people's lives… but what about the possibility of missing out on our OWN? This episode is an invitation to stop waiting for life to force you into change, start honouring your truth, and remember that the whole point of doing the inner work is to experience MORE of being alive. You don't have to become someone else to be worthy of the life you want. You get to become more fully YOU. My Story with Substance Abuse and Sobriety
Episode 14: My Story with Substance Abuse & Sobriety This is one of the most vulnerable episodes I've ever recorded. For the first time, I'm sharing my story with substance abuse and sobriety, from experimenting with drugs and alcohol at 13 years old to navigating addiction, trauma, unhealthy relationships, and years of using substances to numb, escape, and cope with emotions I didn't know how to hold. For years, I lived two completely different lives. I was building a career in wellness, teaching yoga, and helping others heal, while privately struggling with my own relationship with substances. On June 25, 2022, I had my last drink. And what followed was one of the most challenging, transformative, and beautiful journeys of my life. In this episode, I share: How childhood experiences and emotional dysregulation shaped my relationship with substances. What addiction looked like for me, even while I was seemingly functioning and successful. The role breathwork, nervous system work, and somatic healing played in my sobriety. The uncomfortable reality of getting sober, losing friendships, and learning who I was without substances. How I learned to feel my feelings, have fun, dance, and experience joy without needing to escape myself. Over four years later, I can honestly say I've never felt more alive, more free, or more deeply in love with myself and my life. My hope in sharing this story is to remind you that no matter how long you've lived in a particular pattern, you have the capacity to create something different. You are not defined by your past. And it's never too late to rewrite your story. Thank you for holding space for this part of mine. ❤️ Content note: This episode includes discussions of substance abuse, addiction, childhood trauma, sexual assault, abusive relationships, homelessness, and suicidal ideation. This episode shares my personal experience, not medical advice. Recovery looks different for everyone, and professional support can be an important part of the journey. Calling In Aligned Love with Aliyah O'brien
Episode 13: Calling In Aligned Love with Aaliyah O’Brien What if calling in the love you desire isn’t just about finding the right person… but learning how to stay deeply connected to yourself while loving another? In this episode, I’m joined by aligned dating coach Aaliyah O’Brien for an honest, expansive conversation about dating, relationships, self-worth, attachment, nervous system work, and what it actually means to create aligned love. We talk about the difference between loving yourself and believing you have to be completely “healed” before partnership can find you, why healthy love can initially feel unfamiliar after years of repeating old patterns, and how becoming more anchored in yourself can change the way you date, choose, communicate, repair, receive love, and let go. We also explore self-soothing versus co-regulation, navigating conflict without abandoning yourself, attachment styles without turning them into identities, learning to trust your intuition, honoring your desire for partnership without gripping it, and why the relationships you experience along the way can all teach you something about the love you’re creating. And maybe one of the biggest reminders from this conversation: You are your soulmate first. The deeper your relationship with yourself becomes, the more capacity you create to experience love without losing yourself inside of it. Whether you’re single, dating, or already in partnership, this episode is an invitation to get curious about who you are in love, and the kind of relationship you’re choosing to create. ❤️🔥 Aliyah's Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/aliyahobrien/ Aliyah's Podcast: https://www.instagram.com/juicylifeco/

For the One Who Feels Like They’re Too Much
Episode 12: For the One Who Feels Like They’re Too Much Too loud. Too emotional. Too sensitive. Too dramatic. Too intense. Too expressive. Too fucking much. If you’ve spent your life being told, in words or actions, that you need to tone yourself down to be loved, accepted, chosen, or belong, this episode is for you. In this solo episode, I’m sharing my own journey with the “too much” wound and what has happened as I’ve stopped trying to make myself smaller and started creating the internal safety to become MORE of who I am. We’re talking about taking up space, learning to be okay with being disliked, finding the people who celebrate your bigness instead of asking you to contain it, and working with your nervous system when those old wounds inevitably resurface. Because becoming more fully expressed doesn’t mean you’ll never hear the voice that says tone it down again, it means learning how to meet that voice without letting it run the fucking show. Because what if the parts of you you’ve spent your entire life trying to make smaller are actually where some of your most potent magic lives? What if you weren’t meant to quiet your muchness… What if you were meant to learn how to fucking USE it? This episode is your permission slip to get louder. Bigger. More audacious. More authentic. More YOU. Because the people who are meant to love the real you can’t find you while you’re hiding. The world doesn’t need less of you, baby. It needs MORE. ❤️🔥 Work with me: https://www.kyraczm.com/1-1

Pleasure Centered Living with Rachael Haley
Episode 11: Pleasure-Centered Living with Rachael Haley What if pleasure wasn’t something you had to earn, chase, or save for when everything in your life finally feels “right”? In this episode, I’m joined by my beautiful friend Rachael Haley for a conversation about pleasure-centered living, a concept she pioneered. One that is not as hedonism, toxic positivity, or avoiding the hard parts of being human, but as a way of becoming more deeply attuned to your body, your desires, and your aliveness. We talk about expanding our capacity to hold pleasure AND pain, learning to meet grief and discomfort without abandoning joy, why pleasure can initially feel uncomfortable or even unsafe, and what it looks like to stop making your entire life another healing project. We also explore pleasure as a daily practice: movement, rest, sensuality, play, platonic intimacy, our menstrual cycles, the tiny moments we usually rush past, and the simple question that can begin changing the way you experience your life: What would feel pleasurable for me right now? Because pleasure doesn’t have to be another thing you achieve. You don’t need to heal enough, accomplish enough, look a certain way, or finally become some “better” version of yourself before you’re allowed to experience it. There is nothing you need to change about yourself to be worthy of pleasure. And you do not need to earn it. How Nervous System Work Changed All of My Relationships
Episode 10: How Nervous System Work Changed All of My Relationships What if changing your relationships starts with changing the relationship you have with yourself? In this solo episode, I’m sharing how working with my nervous system has completely transformed the way I show up in relationships, from family and friendships to dating, romantic connection, and ultimately, my relationship with myself. We’re talking about triggers, repair, boundaries, self-soothing, communication, rejection, taking radical responsibility for your patterns, and learning how to create enough spaciousness within yourself to respond differently instead of repeating what’s familiar. I also share some very real moments from a recent experience. Sometimes the growth is in how you meet yourself afterward, how quickly you find your way back, and how you choose to repair. Because the deeper I’ve gone into this work, the more I’ve realized: The state of your nervous system impacts the story you tell, the love you accept, the boundaries you hold, the people you choose, and the way you show up for the people you love. And when you begin changing that foundation, your relationships can start changing with you. My Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/kyraczm/ Work with me: https://www.kyraczm.com/1-1

Transforming Grief Into Light
Episode 9: Transforming Grief Into Light What if grief didn’t only have the power to break you… but to break you open? In this deeply vulnerable episode, I sit down with one of my dearest friends, Mikaela Millington, to explore her journey through unimaginable loss, the deaths of both of her fathers, and how those experiences ultimately transformed the way she chooses to live. We talk about the messy, nonlinear reality of grief, the patterns loss can leave behind, and the practices that supported Mik through it all, from therapy and yoga to community, movement, spirituality, and allowing herself to fully feel what was there. We also explore what it means to build a relationship with grief rather than trying to make it disappear. But at the heart of this conversation is aliveness. How loss can remind us how precious this life really is. How grief and joy can exist in the same body. How the people we’ve lost can continue to live through the way we love, create, teach, dance, and show up in the world. And how sometimes transforming grief doesn’t mean leaving the darkness behind, it means learning how to create light alongside it. Surrender So All Your Dreams Can Come True
The Art of Surrender: Trusting the Unknown What if surrender isn’t giving up, but opening yourself to something better than you could have planned? In this solo episode, I’m diving into the practice of surrender and sharing one of the most pivotal seasons of my life. We explore surrender as a practice of trust, faith, and self-trust; why we cling to certainty and familiar patterns; creating safety in the unknown; and learning to become open-palmed, open-hearted, and open-minded when life isn’t going according to plan. Because sometimes the path to the life you can’t stop dreaming about requires you to loosen your grip on how you thought you were going to get there. If not this, something better. Breaking Out of the Matrix with Emerant
Episode 7 | Breaking Out of the Matrix with Emerant In this episode of Fully Expressed, I sit down with liberation coach Emerant for a conversation about identity, conditioning, breaking patterns, shifting paradigms, and reclaiming your power as the creator of your own life. We explore the beliefs and identities we unconsciously inherit, why familiar patterns can feel so difficult to break, and what happens when you start questioning the rules, expectations, and narratives you’ve been living by. Because maybe breaking out of the matrix isn’t about finding some hidden truth outside of yourself. Maybe it’s about becoming conscious of what has been running your life unconsciously. Questioning it. Choosing differently. And remembering that just because something has always been your reality doesn’t mean it has to continue being your reality. Alchemy Through Shaking Ass
Episode 6 | Alchemy Through Shaking Ass In this solo episode, I’m talking about the alchemy that can happen through dance, movement, play, and allowing yourself to be fully expressed through shaking your ass! After getting unexpectedly triggered moments before walking into a rave, I found myself on the dance floor with sadness, anxiety, loneliness, and some very activated parts of myself. Instead of trying to make them disappear, I decided to dance with them. What unfolded became one of the most euphoric, empowering, fully expressed experiences I’ve had completely sober. We dive into how dancing and movement can help interrupt rumination, reconnect you with your body, create experiences of agency and choice, support connection and co-regulation, and give big emotions somewhere to move. We also explore how nervous system work can expand your capacity to hold seemingly opposing experiences at once, the grief AND the joy, the fear AND the love, the pain AND the pleasure. Because being fully expressed isn’t about only welcoming the light. It’s learning how to meet all of yourself, and discovering that you can play with what arises rather than fear it. Maybe you can twerk with the grief.Shake ass with the sadness. And maybe healing gets to be fucking fun sometimes too. Your invitation after this episode? Put on a song that makes your body want to MOVE, let yourself get weird with it, and send me the song you chose. I’m creating a community playlist with all of our shake-your-ass anthems. So please DM the song you shake your ass too! https://www.instagram.com/kyraczm/
