<p>Series 2 Episode 4, we speak to the talented, and ahead of his years, Harrison James, who you may have recently seen on The Voice UK 2022! Recently transitioned from a Barista, or "Killer of the Flat White" to a full time musician, we get deep into his experiences, his why and how he is doing with the pressure of following his dream. Harrison opens up on his family, negativity from the Karen's of the world and his ambitions and goals that he wants to achieve with music. A young man that we loved chatting to and genuinely believe will be a name many more people know of in the future.</p>

<p>We speak with David Powell, Co-Founder of 304 Clothing during this episode. An incredible 10 years has been had by the clothing brand where they've built a recognised fashion name, grown massively, found themselves on Love Island and had their offices and stock burnt to the ground to then start all over again. Yet Dave is on the cusp of becoming a Dad and feeling like he's ready to mellow his work and life balance. Making this a perfect conversation for us at Funny and the Money.</p> <p>Dave started out studying Architecture, then landed what would have looked like a dream job in that field. But when the fire doesn't burn, what can you do? A great example of following a passion and going all in on it.</p>

<p>The next edition of series 2 continues with talking to Oli Hills, Director of Nonsensical, a TikTok Agency. We first came across Oli speaking at an event and he was fascinating during that 20 minute talk. However, getting to know him more during this episode made us realise he's way more fascinating and knowledgable than we first thought.</p> <p>Oli is another great example of someone on this journey we are taking. Nothing is set out the same. Oli came from investment banking originally, then tried his hand at a couple of "failed" businesses, lost 95% of his revenue when lockdown came and now here he is. Thriving in a completely new market. And still below 35 years old! But he does give us some really good perspective on how starting out where he did set a foundation he wouldn't of learnt anywhere else.</p> <p>He tells us more about the TikTok world, which to be honest we want to know so much more about and gives some of his insight into the standard topical, mentally provoking topics that come up.</p> <p><br></p>
