Every once in a while, one of them puts the other on the spot with a game, a hypothetical, or a question that’s harder than it sounds. Funny Business is a podcast run by Mike and Matt, two college friends who released over 300 straight weekly episodes from 2020 to 2026 and recently changed the format to keep things fun and conversational.
September somehow gave us tortilla aerodynamics, AI-generated flyers, sexy parallel parking and a mysterious $10 million.
Mike and Matt debate whether a baguette can be thrown farther than a tortilla, admit what they are actually jealous of about each other, and get into why AI-generated graphics are starting to make everything look the same. Mike also explains why an AI poster made him skip a food vendor, while Matt wonders whether the internet eventually needs an “Internet 2.0.”
Then it is time for some stronger opinions: foldable phones are put on trial, thumbs-up replies come under fire, successful parallel parking gets labeled sexy, and Tobey Maguire is once again declared the best Spider-Man.
To close out the month, they tackle free hotels versus free flights, WWE-style entrance music, and the ultimate hypothetical: go back to age 10 with everything you know now, or take $10 million you can never explain.
