Pritiski kapitala so tudi za tla preveliki
<p>O zdravju tal, monitoringu tal in onesnaženosti ter glavni grožnji kmetijskim tlom - pozidavi</p><p>Tako kot zrak in voda so tudi tla naravni vir, ki ga varujemo in spremljamo njegovo stanje. Nekaj besed zato namenjamo varovanju tal, sveži evropski zakonodaji o monitoringu tal, pojmu zdravja tal in na drugi strani njegovim nasprotjem - degradaciji in onesnaženosti. V ospredju bodo kmetijska tla - njive, travniki.</p><p>Velik del oddaje namenjamo še glavni grožnji kmetijskim tlom - pozidavi. Pridelave hrane si namreč brez tal ne moremo predstavljati - so temelj kmetijske dejavnosti. Imajo pa tudi druge vloge v ekosistemih, tako z vidika narave kot vidika človeka.</p><p>Gostje:</p><ul><li>doktorica Helena Grčman s Katedre za pedologijo Biotehniške fakultete. Poleg nje, v tokratni oddaji gostimo še </li><li>docent doktor Marka Zupana s Katedre za pedologijo Biotehniške fakultetez istoimenske katedre; </li><li>doktorica Barbaro Čenčur Curk z Oddelka za geologijo Naravoslovnotehniške fakultete ter </li><li>Tadej Hiti vodja Sektorja za kakovost tal z Agencije Republike Slovenije za okolje</li></ul>

<p>Hrvati pri nas</p><p>Prerešetali bomo cene živil in hrane. </p><p> </p><ol><li>Kako je strukturirana cena živil? Kolikšen delež pogače gre kmetu in kolikšen ostalim akterjem v kmetijsko-živilski verigi, ko v svojo košarico položimo kruh, zelenjavo, čips … </li><li>Kaj žene inflacijo, ki jo lahko občutimo v zadnjih letih? </li><li>Zakaj prihaja do razlik med cenami hrane med državami. Zakaj je slovensko pivo cenejše v Italiji?</li><li>Kakšno vlogo imajo tu subvencije? Je to mehanizem, s katerim Evropska Unija uravnava ceno živil? </li></ol><p>V oddaji gostimo tudi agrarnega ekonomista izrednega profesorja Aleša Kuharja z Biotehniške fakultete, za mnenje pa smo povprašali kmete na protestu, ki je potekal v začetku februarja 2026.</p>
