So what should I be looking out for is what's the difference between arrested by one law enforcement agency and another. So regardless of what law enforcement agency you might be arrested by, your rights are still the same. So here in the district of Columbia, it is important to identify which law enforcement agency, because one of the things we tell folks is when you are on the street, when you are protesting or exercising your rights, at that time, if you get arrested for any reason, that is not the time in which you should debate or argue or anything like that.
