Skyler is the Founder and CEO of GRU Space (https://www.gru.space), a San Francisco-based aerospace startup building the world's first lunar hotel. A UC Berkeley graduate in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences, Skyler built vehicle software at Tesla before contributing to a NASA-funded 3D printer project that flew to space aboard Virgin Galactic. He founded GRU Space in 2025 at age 21, becoming the youngest solo founder in Y Combinator's space tech history (https://www.founded.com/meet-the-22-year-old-founder-building-the-worlds-first-hotel-on-the-moon/). The company uses in-situ resource utilization and robotic systems to convert lunar regolith into building materials for scalable habitats, backed by investors tied to SpaceX, Nvidia, and Anduril.
