Future on Air: Ein letztes Mal - ganz persönlich
<p>One last time! Mit dieser Folge verabschieden wir uns. Seit fast 2 Jahren läuft das Projekt Future on Air schon und es war eine unfassbar schöne und interessante Reise. Wir wollen uns nochmal persönlich verabschieden, uns Zeit nehmen und das sagen, was uns am Herzen liegt. Wie schauen wir in die Zukunft? Was macht der Aktivismus mit uns? Geben wir komplett auf, oder gibt es noch Hoffnung? Auch 3 MAPA-Aktivisti aus Uganda und Malawi dürfen wir noch einmal einladen und ihre Ansichten teilen.</p> <p>Danke fürs Zuhören, alles Liebe, bleib stark, gemeinsam verändern wir die Welt und Tschüss!</p>

Wie viel kann Aktivismus wirklich ausmachen?
<p>Seit Jahren gehen Menschen weltweit regelmäßig auf die Straße und fordern die Politik auf, endlich richtigen Klimaschutz zu betreiben. Die vielen dramatischen Ereignisse der letzten Wochen zeigen, dass der Klimawandel in vollem Gange ist und der freiwillige Einsatz der Klimaaktivist*innen absolut gerechtfertigt ist. Doch hat das überhaupt etwas gebracht? Um eines schon einmal vorweg zu nehmen: Ja, Klimaaktivismus bringt verdammt viel und ist extrem wichtig. Um dir das zu verdeutlichen, haben wir zwei Erfolge des Klimaaktivismus herausgenommen: ein Ereignis, das schon etwas länger zurückliegt und eines, das sehr aktuell ist. </p>

Klimakonferenzen - was steckt hinter verschlossenen Türen?
<p>Immer wieder finden weltweit größere und kleinere Klimakonferenzen statt. Hierbei kommen Politiker:innen, Unternehmer:innen, Lobbyist:innen, Aktivist:innen und Vertreter:innen von NGOs zusammen und versuchen Lösungen zu erarbeiten, um die Klimakrise zu stoppen. Auch hier bei uns in Österreich hat vor Kurzem eine große Klimakonferenz stattgefunden: der Austrian World Summit. Wir haben uns diesen zum Anlass genommen, um uns Klimakonferenzen mal genauer anzuschauen. Dabei sind wir der Frage nachgegangen, inwieweit diese denn tatsächlich den Klimaschutz vorantreiben. Hierfür haben wir mit zwei Aktivist:innen gesprochen, die beim Austrian World Summit vor Ort waren: Edwin aus Uganda und Klara aus Graz.</p>
