CSRD & Change - warum es im Team besser geht | Episode 30

Neues Aufgabengebiet ab 2024 für CEOs im Schulterschluss mit Verantwortlichen in der Unternehmenskommunikation, im Qualitätsmanagement, im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit, sofern es diesen als solchen bereits gibt: ➡️ Die CSRD - die Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive - gilt ab sofort. In Kraft getreten ist diese Direktive bereits vor einem Jahr - ab 2024 heißt es: Bericht erstatten. Der Nachhaltigkeitsbericht wird zur Pflicht. Das Thema ist ein Change Prozess, denn: Eine(r) allein kann sich nicht darum kümmern - dafür ist die Aufgabe zu komplex und vielschichtig sowie umfangreich.
