<p>Recorded during Hispanic Heritage Month (Sept 15-Oct 15), FWC Junior, Julian Sanchez, interviewed the honorable Mayor of North Richland Hills, Mr. Oscar Trevino. Mayor Trevino is a long-time friend of FWC. Julian is brand new to FWC this year and does a great job talking about faith, service, and leadership with Mayor Trevino.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>OSCAR TREVINO BIO:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Mayor Oscar Trevino was elected Mayor of North Richland Hills, Texas in June 2002 and re-elected in 2004 and 2006. He has served on the City Council since 1999.</p> <p>Mr. Trevino was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. He graduated from Texas A&amp;M University in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He is the National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials (NALEO), Ex-Officio Member. He also won the Hispanic Businessman of the Year, Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (2015)</p> <p>Mr. Trevino currently serves on the following boards and committees:</p> <ul> <li>Executive Committee Member and Past Chair, Tarrant Regional Transportation Coalition (TRTC)</li> <li>Chair, Regional Transportation Council (RTC)</li> <li>Vice Chair, National League of Cities Transportation Infrastructure and Services Steering Committee</li> <li>Partners in Mobility Steering Committee, North Central Texas Council of Governments</li> <li>Coalition for Better Transportation</li> <li>Regional Transit Initiative Committee</li> <li>Texas Transportation Institute (TTI) Advisory Council</li> </ul> <p>On a personal note:</p> <ul> <li>President and owner of O.
