<p>تجربة العميل من البداية إلى الاستدامة 🪴 | الحلقة الختامية </p><p>بدأنا السلسلة بسؤال بسيط جدًا: يعني إيه تجربة عميل؟ ومع كل حلقة، السؤال كان بيكبر، ويتشعب، ويكشف إن الموضوع أعمق بكتير من خدمة كويسة أو تصميم حلو. في الحلقة الختامية من سلسلة عام تجربة العميل، مش بنقدّم مفهوم جديد، ولا إطار عمل، ولا ترند. </p><p>إحنا بنقف لحظة، ونبص على الرحلة كلها من فوق، ونحاول نفهم الصورة الكاملة. رحلة بدأت بتعريف تجربة العميل، وعدّت على فهم الناس قبل الأرقام، ورسم الرحلة بدل ما نصلّح نقطة واحدة، وقياس الإحساس قبل ما نحسب المؤشرات. اتكلمنا عن الثقافة، وعن التكنولوجيا، وعن النجاح لما يكون نابع من احترام العميل، والفشل لما يبقى سببه تجاهله. الحلقة دي بتحاول تقول إن تجربة العميل مش مشروع مؤقت، ولا مسؤولية فريق واحد. هي طريقة تفكير، وموقف واضح، واختيار يومي بتاخده الشركة في تعاملها مع الناس.</p><p>ويمكن أهم حاجة وصلنا لها في الرحلة دي كلها، إن التكنولوجيا مهما تطورت، هتفضل مجرد وسيلة. الأساس الحقيقي دايمًا هو الإنسان، وقيمه، والنية اللي ورا كل قرار. </p><p>الحلقة من إعداد وتقديم <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/theshaaer/">Abdelrhman M.
