San eagrán seo, labhraím le John Prendergast atá a shaol go hiomlán tugtha don phleanáil teanga agus atá faoi láthair mar Bhainisteoir Chonradh na Gaeilge. Lena chois sin, tá John ag déanamh a dhoctúireachta bunaithe ar an bpleanáil teanga.
D'fhéadfaí a rá gur fear ildánach é le ana-chuid cleití ar a chaipín! Pléimid conas atá an teanga tar éis doirse phroifisiúnta agus phearsanta a oscailt ar shlí nach bhféadadh sé a shamlú sarar thosnaigh sé amach ó dheiseanna taisteal go Meiriceá Thuaidh chun an Ghaelainn a mhúineadh go dtí an tréimhse a chaith sé i nGaeltacht Chorca Dhuibhne ag déanamh obair na gcapall chun na Gaelainne a chur chun chinn sa dúthaigh. Tá roinnt eile le foghlaim faoi John sa chomrá seo. Bainíg sásamh as.
