Creating your Sangat

The idea of Sangat is referred to as Sat-Sangat (fellowship of the seekers of truth) and Sadh-Sangat (a congregation of a Sadh or Sant). The word Sangat has been in use since the time of Guru Nanak (1469-1539). Sangat is referred to as the Sikh brother/sisterhood establishment. Creating your Sangat is so crucial because it shapes you as an individual. Your Sangat is like your small community/family, who supports you and fills you with positive energy. The main objective of this podcast is to help you find and create your Sangat. Many out there struggle with knowing who their real Sangat is, and how your Sangat can impact you. In this podcast, I have two special guests, Bani Kaur, 13, and Simur Singh, 20. They both share their experience and advice. I would like for all of you to share this podcast with other brothers and sisters.

Contact Information:
Instagram: @sikhnificant
Facebook: @beingsikhnificant
Email: beingsikhnificant@gmail.com

jasleen kaur
