Galen Calls - World Mental Health Day
A call came to the studio today where Will, Aruntheny and Ella picked up. It's World Mental Health Day and we were more than ready to have a chat about Wellbeing. It's a chaotic 15 minute episode full of Will-being and some tips on coffee, mainly. Our overall message; take care of yourself, get outside, and don't be afraid to talk (even if it's about toilets).
