Herzlich Wilkommen! Kennen wir es nicht alle? Ein guter Freund schlägt einem eine Challenge vor, die man dann zusammen macht? Alleine würde man das aber höchstwahrscheinlich nie machen? Aus dem Grund mache ich den interaktiven “Game Is On” Podcast, in dem jede Woche eine neue Challenge zum Mitmachen Rauskommt. Die Challenge der jeweiligen Woche werde ich mit einer Person meiner Wahl durchführen. Ziel ist es aber nicht, dass nur ich die Challenge mache, sondern auch du!

Für mich persönlich stand schon immer fest, diese beiden Dinge irgendwann in meinem Leben mal zu machen. Oft werde ich von meinem Alltag aber so in Anspruch genommen, dass ich es bisher immer fleißig aufgeschoben habe. <p>Diese Woche war die Challenge für Florian und mich, jeden Tag um 5 Uhr morgens aufzustehen und produktiv in den Tag zu starten. Leider bin ich an der Challenge gescheitert und habe es nicht einen Tag geschafft die Challenge durchzuziehen. Aber auch das gehört dazu! <p>Die Challenge für diese Woche ist es, früh aufzustehen. Mein normaler Tagesablauf startet normalerweise um 7:30.... und selbst das ist für mich schon "früh". Diese Woche wollen wir aber um 5 Uhr probieren aufzustehen. Unser Ansatz dabei ist, die Uni Sachen oder den Sport, den wir machen so früh wie möglich vom Tisch zu haben um den Nachmittag dann bei dem schönen Wetter am See verbringen zu können. </p> <p><br></p> <p>Ob und wie uns das gelingt, hört ihr dann am Ende der Woche. </p> <p>Bis dahin wünschen wir euch auch noch eine schöne Woche! Probiert es auch aus euren Schlafrhythmus nach vorne zu verschieben, um zu sehen was für ein Unterschied das macht. </p>
