EP6 驚蟄｜春雷響起，你也可以慢慢醒來
<p>最近在做這一集「驚蟄」的時候<br>我一直在想一件事。為什麼很多事情<br>我們明明知道要做，卻一直停在原地？</p><p><br></p><p>也許不是因為不夠努力, 而是少了一個「啟動的瞬間」。</p><p>所以我做了一支氣味——<br>《驚蟄｜甦醒之息》</p><p>用迷迭香的清醒，<br>搭配一點溫柔的甜橙和薰衣草。不是讓你變更厲害<br>只是陪你，從停滯的地方，慢慢動起來。</p><p>如果你也正卡在某個「還沒開始」的狀態，<br>這一支，也許會剛剛好。</p><p>驚蟄的時候，我會用一點迷迭香。</p><p>它的味道，不是溫柔的那種。</p><p>比較像一陣風，把腦中的霧氣吹開。</p><p>有時候我們不是不想開始，只是卡住了。</p><p>而這個氣味，會提醒你—— 現在可以動了。</p><p>-------------------------------------------</p><p>迷迭香的能量剛好是：</p><ul><li>向上（提振）</li><li>穿透（打開混沌）</li><li>流動（讓停滯動起來）它不是安撫 , 是「叫你起來」</li></ul><p>《驚蟄・一分鐘甦醒儀式》</p><ol><li>滾珠塗抹在手腕或後頸</li><li>深吸一口氣</li><li>心裡默念一句話：</li></ol><p> <我不需要準備好，我只需要開始>. </p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
