Verstehen. Erleben. Verändern.
Creating the Conditions for Change With Tessa Viotti
What if meaningful change is less about fixing ourselves and more about creating the conditions that allow something different to emerge?
In this episode of GanzinBewegung, I speak with Tessa Viotti, a Creative Somatic Educator, Artist and Alexander Technique Teacher, about body awareness, movement and our natural capacity for balance and change.
We explore how unconscious habits can influence the way we move, think and respond, and why pausing before reacting can create new possibilities. Tessa also shares how support from the floor, gravity, breathing and our surroundings can help us become more aware of unnecessary tension and experience ourselves differently.
A central idea in our conversation is that we do not necessarily have to make change happen. Instead of trying to fix or force ourselves, we can create an environment for change through awareness, support, curiosity and trust.
A conversation about body awareness, movement, habits, thinking, breathing and creating conditions for change.

What Does It Mean to Lead as a Whole Human Being? With Michael J. Gelb
What happens when leadership is not separated from the way we think, move, learn and relate to other people?
In this episode of GanzinBewegung, I speak with Michael J. Gelb, author and expert in creativity and leadership, about human potential, awareness and what it means to become a more conscious leader.
We explore how Michael’s experiences with the Alexander Technique, Aikido and creativity have shaped his approach to personal and organizational development. We also talk about cultivating creativity and why leadership development begins with the person rather than simply learning another leadership technique.
The conversation also raises a broader question about organizations: what might change when businesses are understood as human environments and leaders bring greater compassion and consciousness to the way they work?
A conversation about creativity, awareness, leadership, human potential, personal development and organizations.

Was bringt uns wirklich in Bewegung?

Leading Without Losing Yourself With Sam Allen
When do strengths such as responsibility, empathy and reliability begin to cost us our connection with ourselves?
In this episode of GanzinBewegung, I welcome back Sam Allen, an Embodied Leadership Coach, to explore how we can remain connected to ourselves while carrying responsibility, supporting others and meeting the demands of leadership.
We talk about some of the early signs of stress and disconnection, and patterns Sam observes in highly responsible women, including overgiving and paying more attention to other people’s needs and reactions than to their own.
Sam also shares simple ways of reconnecting with ourselves. A pause, noticing the body or honouring a small personal ritual can create space to recognise what we need and respond differently.
A conversation about embodied leadership, responsibility, boundaries, body awareness, self-trust and sustainable change.

How Understanding Your Brain Can Change the Way You Live with Adriana Vela
What changes when we begin to understand how our brain influences the way we think, feel and respond to the world around us?
In this episode of GanzinBewegung, I speak with Adriana Vela, brain science coach, author and entrepreneur, about the human condition and how understanding our brain can influence the way we navigate change, stress and uncertainty.
We explore how thoughts, emotions and experiences influence one another, why awareness matters when we want to change familiar patterns and what can help us respond more consciously instead of simply reacting.
We also look at some of the challenges of living and working in an increasingly complex world and the possibilities that can emerge when knowledge about the brain becomes something we can use in everyday life.
A conversation about the brain, self-awareness, emotions, thinking, experience and change.

Financial Peace Starts with Clarity with Alisa Boieșan
What if making progress with your finances is less about motivation and more about creating the right conditions to take action?
In this episode of GanzinBewegung, I speak with Alisa Boieșan, The Financial Alchemist, about our relationship with money, avoidance, habits and the structures that can make change easier and more sustainable.
We explore why knowing what we “should” do is often not enough, and how emotions, thinking patterns and our environment can influence whether we take action or keep putting things off. Alisa shares why structures need to fit the individual rather than forcing everyone into the same system.
One practical idea we discuss is surprisingly small: regularly setting aside just 15 minutes for a task you have been avoiding. A clear next action, a calendar appointment or an accountability partner can help turn an intention into something repeatable.
A conversation about financial clarity, habits, emotions, personal responsibility, supportive structures and small steps towards change.

What Makes You Want to Move Again? With Antti Rahikka
Why do some forms of exercise become part of our lives while others disappear after a few weeks?
In this episode of GanzinBewegung, I speak with Antti Rahikka, founder of Sisu Grip, about movement, motivation and what helps people create lasting habits.
We explore why the experience of movement itself matters and how enjoyment, positive experiences and repetition can influence whether we want to move again. We also talk about becoming more aware of how we move and the role community can play in supporting motivation.
One simple idea runs through our conversation: finding forms of movement we genuinely want to repeat may be more sustainable than relying on discipline alone.
A conversation about movement, motivation, awareness, positive experiences, habits and community.

Symptome behandeln oder Ursachen verstehen? Mit Dr. med. Matthias Gauger
