《山西面道》98——烧卖 走出去的山西名面点
<p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span> 烧卖，俗误写为烧麦、稍麦、稍梅和稍卖，也有叫捎卖的。捎卖的解释是一种捎带着卖的面食。《现代汉语词典》中将这一面食写作“烧卖”，意思是加热售卖的食品。生活中多见包子、馒头冷售，不多见烧卖冷售，故称烧卖较为准确。烧卖一词最早见于宋元时期话本《快嘴李翠莲记》中，李翠莲在夸耀自己的烹饪手艺时曾说：“烧卖扁食有何难，三汤两割我也会。”</span></p><br>
