Garden Wanderlust

About Garden Wanderlust

Step through the garden gate and join me, Josef Lloyd, on a journey to discover and champion Britain’s hidden horticultural treasures. Garden Wanderlust is dedicated to shining a spotlight on the independent gardens and hidden gems that often go unnoticed - spaces brimming with history, creativity, and passion. Starting in my native South Wales and South West England, I’ll uncover the stories of these unique gardens by meeting the incredible people who care for them - gardeners, designers, volunteers, and visionaries. Together, we’ll explore what makes these spaces so special and why they deserve to be celebrated. Whether you’re a seasoned horticulturist or simply someone who loves a peaceful escape into nature, Garden Wanderlust will inspire and delight as I explore the beauty, heart, and soul of Britain’s tucked-away horticultural havens.
