Um, so I'd never been one that wanted to be on medication. And again, anyone's listening to this, don't just do it. You have to see a psychiatrist, talk to a general practitioner or stuff like that. But I've always felt like I shouldn't have to do this. I should be able to tough it out. And I just couldn't just this, this looming sadness. And I started looking back at the lyrics of ascendancy, which would deal a lot about songs about self-deprecation, um, songs about loneliness, anger, aggression, some really great messages in there.
