<p>On this episode, we sit down with Jessica Storey, DNP, CRNA to discuss what it is like to transition from SRNA to CRNA and how to handle it effectively. Jessica has been practicing as a Pediatric CRNA for 4 years and describes her personal experience with stress and how it has changed throughout her time as a CRNA. Additionally, we discuss themes that were present in our DNP project free-response question about stress management and offer evidence-based strategies to mitigate burnout.</p>
