Cheating, Dopamine & Patterns Sweetie

We are normalizing cheating now? That’s wild. My mans I lived with would wake up next to me, say good morning beautiful to me & then leave the room & text 5 different women “good morning beautiful” My mans had a best friend who’s a girl & I had a weird feeling about it but I am not the jealous type. He FaceTimed me laying in bed with his bestie friend when he went to visit her at college & then months later they got married. TRUST YOUR INTUITION!!! Unhealed people will not heal if they don’t want to. Narcissists don’t see that they are doing anything wrong. They are going to say & do the right things. They are going to gaslight you. They are going to make you feel crazy. If someone cheats on you, it’s a character flaw on them. Leave them. Get away from them. Maybe they change a few years down the road??? But you cannot dwell on that. You need to keep moving forward. But if someone cheats on you, THEY DO NOT RESPECT YOU! If you respect yourself enough, you won’t stay. You’ll know your worth. You’ll find better. But you cannot find better if you stay.

You Can’t Bend Me Over Anymore Sweetie

We hold on to people way too long. We give people so many chances. We ignore the red flags. We always see the good in people. When we know it’s time to go, GO. Trust your intuition. You need to go NO CONTACT. Take those 90 days & life will get easier. It won’t be easy the first couple of days & weeks, but as time goes on you’ll feel less connected to them & more connected to yourself. If that person doesn’t text you, call you, reach out to you after yall just hung out why are you hanging out with them again? Why do you respond to the “wyd” or “wya” texts?
