<p>GastroBaselland unterwegs - In der neuen Folge waren wir in Rothefluh bei Stefanie und David Cairoli im Restaurant "Sägei". Stefi und Dave, wie sie von ihren Kollegen genannt werden, führen das Restaurant seit 2018. Sie sind ein echtes Wirtepaar. Beide haben Köchin und Koch gelernt, Stefanie ist zudem Restaurantfachfrau EFZ. Ihr Wissen ist riesig und ihre Leidenschaft für das Gastgewerbe noch grösser. Die grösste Leidenschaft gilt den Lernenden. Seit Jahren bilden sie mit viel Freude junge Berufsleute im Service und in der Küche aus. Nun steht für das junge Paar ein weiteres grosses Ereignis an. In wenigen Tagen werden sie Eltern. Die Säge ist ein Gildebetrieb und die regionale Küche vom Gemüse bis zum Wein und Bier steht für sie an erster Stelle. Hören Sie, was die beiden aus dem Nähkästchen plaudern und was bei ihnen in der Küche der"Seppi" für eine Rolle spielt und wer er ist.</p>

<p> In der 4. Folge "GastroBaselland unterwegs" besuchen wir Eric Rütsche vom Kulturhotel Guggenheim in Liestal. Zusammen mit seiner Frau Yvonne führt er seit 2012 das Hotel, Restaurant und Kulturzentrum am Wasserturmplatz. Das "Guggenheim" war früher ein Stall und es wurde Viehandel betrieben. Eric erzählt von den Schwierigkeiten zu Beginn, wie das Projekt mit den Jahren gewachsen ist und wie er als Quereinsteiger in der Branche sich zurecht fand. Er erzählt, wie wichtig es ist, sich stetig zu verändern, doch dass Konstanz und Werte ebenso einen grossen Stellenwert haben und ein Teil seines Erfolges sind. Seit diesem Sommer, ist er auch Ausbildungsbetrieb und bildet momentan einen Koch aus. Was er sonst noch für weitere Päne hat, erzählt er uns im Gespräch. </p>

<p>GastroBaselland unterwegs - In dieser Folge unterwegs und auf Besuch bei Roger und Fabian Zumbrunn im Rössli in Buus. Vater und Sohn erzählen Geschichten aus dem Rössli und speziell von ihrem neuen "Pop - up" im Juli namens "Hermanito". Ein Projekt von Fabian. Fabian ist momentan unterwegs auf "Lernreise" in der Sternengastronomie und kommt für einen Monat zurück zu seinen Wurzeln nach Buus. Was er da alles vor hat, warum es "Hermanito" heisst und was es mit seiner Lehre bei der Firma Brüderli auf sich hat, erzählt er in dieser Folge. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
