Vi ranci i fruits secs
Reivindiquem el ranci, un vi que tradicionalment havia estat lligat a les grans ocasions, per� que amb el temps ha anat quedant oblidat. En parlem amb Miquel Palau, en�leg del celler Abadal, que fa poc ha estat distingit com a millor viticultor del 2024 i que ens porta un vi ranci de m�s de 40 anys. Tamb� ens visita el sommelier Josep Belmonte, que ens deixa tastar el ranci que elabora ell mateix. I ho acompanyem amb els fruits secs de Closca, la marca de la cooperativa Fruits Secs i Olis Garrigues. Ens en parla el seu president, Joan Segura. A m�s, la Maria Francesc explica com va anar la seva visita a La M�sica del Vi, l'esdeveniment que organitza Vila Viniteca on es poden tastar grans vins de tot el m�n. Els sommeliers de gu�rdia del programa, Fredi Bassal i M�riam Clotet, ens parlen de quatre vins m�tics, i com sempre la Sole G. Insua ens posa al dia de l'actualitat del sector vin�cola.
